Product Description
SaniSure Cellgyn® TPE tubing is a biopharmaceutical TPE tubing solution designed for demanding fluid transfer in single-use assemblies, process filling, and sampling devices. Available from CLEAR Solutions, this translucent tubing is engineered for applications that require reliable sealing, weldability, and consistent performance in life sciences process environments.
Manufactured from thermoplastic elastomer (SEBS), Cellgyn TPE tubing is compatible with common tube sealers and aseptic tube welders and is weld-compatible with common TPE tubing brands. The datasheet also positions Cellgyn as offering stronger gas barrier properties and pressure performance than silicone tubing, while maintaining the clarity needed for visual process monitoring. Its formulation contains no phthalate plasticizers or peroxides that can leach into transported fluid.
Cellgyn tubing is well suited for buffer and media preparation, cell media processing, transfer sets, and bag manifold assemblies. It supports autoclave, gamma radiation, and chemical sterilant processing, and it is supplied double-bagged for controlled-use environments. Standard and custom sizes are available, with a standard 50 ft coil offering.
