SaniSure Fluor-A-Pure™ FEP Tubing is a high-performance FEP tubing option for chemical processing, laboratory systems, pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical device production, and purified water applications. Made from 100% virgin fluorinated ethylene propylene, this tubing combines broad chemical compatibility, optical clarity, low permeability, and high thermal stability in a cost-effective fluoropolymer tubing format.

Fluor-A-Pure is well suited for applications that require strong resistance to industrial solvents, bases, and acids while also benefiting from clear tubing for visual inspection or UV transmission. Its non-stick, non-flammable construction and strong electrical insulation properties make it useful not only for fluid transfer, but also for conduit, heat exchanger, and protective tubing duties. The tubing is suitable for use with flare or conventional compression fittings.

Manufactured for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical applications and packaged in a controlled environment, Fluor-A-Pure FEP tubing is available in standard and custom sizes with a standard 50 ft coil length. Depending on size, working pressure ranges up to 467 psi at 23 C, and the tubing can be sterilized by autoclave, ethylene oxide, or chemical methods.
