MicroSentry™ Melt Blown Filter Cartridges

These MB Series Melt Blown Filter Cartridges are constructed of 100% polypropylene, these industrial filter cartridges do not use any additives or surfactants that will cause foaming or other undesirable effects to the filtrate.  The thermally bonded microfibers create a stable, self-supporting media that meet FDA Title 21 Code of Regulations.  The fixed pore construction allows for higher dirt holding capacity without unloading.

This chart represents the typical flow rate per 10″ cartridge length. The test fluid is water at ambient temperature. Extrapolations for multiple lengths tend to be linear, but as flows increase the differential pressure across the housing becomes more apparent.
