Product Description
The Cleaning Wand for MPak® Coalescing Plates is purpose-built to provide effortless in-place cleaning of your coalescing plate packs, helping to maximize the efficiency and longevity of oil-water separators in a range of industrial and environmental applications. While MPak plates are engineered for low-maintenance operation and are virtually self-cleaning, harsh process conditions can sometimes cause solids buildup and plate fouling over time. The Cleaning Wand offers a fast and reliable method to remove contaminated solids from plates—without requiring the removal of plate packs or disassembly of the separator system.
This powerful device connects to a standard ½” water hose and utilizes city water pressure to generate a vigorous spray, ensuring effective removal of debris directly from the plates. Operators simply insert the wand through designated access holes, starting from the inlet side, and flush out accumulated solids for immediate performance restoration with minimal system downtime.
By making maintenance quick and easy, the Cleaning Wand supports peak separator performance, minimizes costly downtime, and helps facilities comply with effluent discharge requirements. Its intuitive design features a conical strainer, multiple water jets, and a robust hose connection for dependable operation in demanding field environments.
