Pharma-Clear 65 Series Platinum Cured Silicone Tubing

Pharma-Clear 65 Series Platinum Cured Silicone Tubing is a platinum cured silicone tubing line developed for bulk transfer and general pumping in pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical applications. Manufactured in an ISO 14644-1 Class 7 cleanroom, this tubing provides the clarity, cleanliness, and consistency needed for high-purity fluid handling.

With a 61 Shore A durometer, Pharma-Clear 65 offers very good resilience and kink resistance and typically delivers higher pressure ratings than softer tubing alternatives. Its low-binding surface helps minimize absorption of proteins and food products, while the tubing contains no phthalate plasticizers or peroxides that can leach into transported fluid. The datasheet also describes the tubing as tasteless, odorless, noncytotoxic, and nonhemolytic.

Pharma-Clear 65 is double bagged and available in standard and custom sizes, with a standard 50 ft coil length. It supports multiple sterilization methods including autoclave, gamma radiation, EtO, and chemical sterilants, making it a flexible choice for transfer lines, cell media processing, bioreactor process lines, production filtration and fermentation, and diagnostics or laboratory testing.
