    SaniSure Pharma-Clear® R Series Braided Reinforced Silicone Tubing is braided reinforced silicone tubing designed for high-pressure fluid transfer in pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical processes. This tubing combines platinum-cured silicone with a polyester inner braid to deliver strength, clarity, and dependable handling in applications where clean construction and consistent performance are critical.

    Built with SaniSure’s Pharma-Clear 65 series silicone compound, the tubing is manufactured in an ISO 14644-1 Class 7 cleanroom and produced in an ISO 9001:2015 accredited facility. The tubing is tasteless, odorless, double bagged, and made without phthalate plasticizers or peroxides. Its low-binding surface helps minimize absorption of proteins and food products, making it a strong choice for regulated process environments.

    Pharma-Clear R Series is compatible with autoclave sterilization, gamma irradiation, and chemical sterilants, supporting use in validated sanitary processes. Standard and custom sizes are available, with standard inner diameters ranging from 1/8 in to 1 in and a standard coil length of 50 ft. Depending on size, working pressure reaches up to 175 psi at 70 F, making this tubing well suited for high-pressure transfer lines, steam-in-place (SIP) service, load cell hoses, and general process hose applications.
