pharm-a-line vi pharmaceutical co-extruded tubing

    Product Description

SaniSure Pharm-A-Line VI Co-Extruded Tubing is a pharmaceutical co-extruded tubing designed for flexible fluid transfer in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, food processing, fine chemical, and purified water applications. This tubing combines a clear low-density polyethylene (LDPE) inner liner with a high-purity ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) outer shell to deliver a strong balance of chemical resistance, clarity, flexibility, and burst strength.

The co-extruded construction helps provide low gas and liquid permeability while remaining easy to handle and post-fabricate. Pharm-A-Line VI can be welded with RF and conventional heat sealers, making it a practical choice for custom assemblies and process setups that require reliable sealing. The tubing is packaged in a controlled environment and is available in standard and custom sizes.

For regulated process environments, the supplier regulatory datasheet states USP Class VI, FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c), paragraph 2.1, RoHS compliance, and animal-derived ingredient-free status. Pharm-A-Line VI is also listed as compatible with ethylene oxide (ETO) and gamma irradiation sterilization, making it well suited for life sciences fluid paths and other clean process applications where material compatibility and handling performance are important.
