Parker’s SciLog® TFF Configurable system, is a fully automated tangential flow filtration system designed for GMP bioprocessing. This configurable TFF platform combines intelligent process control, single-use or reusable flow paths, and comprehensive data management to support robust, repeatable concentration and diafiltration operations in pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
The SciLog TFF Configurable system is engineered to work with virtually any brand of hollow fiber or cassette module in single-use or reusable formats, allowing you to standardize automation without changing your preferred membranes. A modular design lets you specify pump types, flow ranges, manifolds, sensors, and quantification options to match your process. Recipe-based control, intuitive touch-screen HMI, and built-in alarms and interlocks reduce operator intervention while improving process consistency and throughput.
Capable of handling ultrafiltration and microfiltration applications across a wide range of membrane MWCOs and pore sizes, the system supports feed recirculation flows from lab/pilot scale up to production-scale processing. Integrated diafiltration functionality, batch-fed concentration modes, and carefully engineered single-use manifolds help minimize hold-up volume and maximize product recovery.
For GMP environments, the SciLog TFF Configurable system provides 21 CFR Part 11-compliant software with optional Annex 11 support, user access level control, and seamless integration to plant DCS/SCADA or MES systems via standard communication protocols. Comprehensive turnover packages, including FAT/SAT, calibration certificates, and detailed P&IDs and drawings, help streamline qualification and validation activities for regulated facilities.
