Product Description
The SciLog SciPres II Series from Parker is a single-use biopharm pressure sensor and monitor designed for precise pressure monitoring in critical bioprocessing applications. This digital system combines pre-calibrated, NIST-traceable sensors with a compact monitor to continuously measure, display, and document process pressure at multiple points in your single-use flow path.
SciPres II simultaneously reads up to three independent single-use pressure sensors (P1, P2, and P3) and calculates transmembrane or differential pressure (TMP/DP) in real time. When paired with SciDoc data acquisition software, the system logs pressure data directly to a laptop, providing traceable electronic records and configurable high/low pressure alarms for each sensor as well as TMP/DP.
Each single-use pressure sensor features a medical-grade polysulfone transfer tube, silicone gasket, and is supplied pre-calibrated with certified, NIST-traceable calibration. Sensors are available as gamma-irradiated or non-gamma options, with excellent chemical resistance and stability to gamma, NaOH, and autoclave conditions. Multiple connection types – including Luer, 3/8″ and 1/2″ hose barb, and 3/4″ and 1″ Tri-Clamp – simplify integration into existing single-use assemblies and manifolds.
Designed for protein purification, ultrafiltration, microfiltration, diafiltration, perfusion, chromatography column loading, fermentation, and single-use bag manifolds, the SciPres II system delivers accurate, ±3–5% pressure measurement from -10 to 60 psi and flow rates up to 60 L/min. CLEAR Solutions supports SciPres II with application expertise, system integration guidance, and inventory programs tailored to biopharmaceutical and life science facilities.
