    Filterability Studies

A filterability study uses representative process fluid and lab-scale filtration equipment to evaluate how a proposed filtration approach performs before production-scale equipment is specified.

CLEAR Solutions can conduct trials at the customer’s facility or in our dedicated lab, depending on the application and material-handling requirements. The study may compare filter media, retention ratings, filtration stages or operating approaches while monitoring factors such as throughput, pressure increase and filtrate quality under the agreed test protocol.

Results can be used to support filter selection and estimate production-scale equipment or element requirements for the customer’s desired processing rate. Filterability studies inform specification and development work; they do not replace process-specific qualification or validation.
