Even well-specified filtration equipment can underperform when operating knowledge is incomplete or lost through staff turnover. CLEAR Solutions provides system-specific training that helps operators understand the equipment and its role in the process.
Training can address installation, startup, normal operation, pressure monitoring, venting and draining, filter changeout, inspection, shutdown and other procedures relevant to the system. CLEAR Solutions can also develop operation or installation manuals for filtration systems and equipment.
Rather than relying on an arbitrary calendar, changeout guidance should consider differential pressure, throughput, filtrate requirements, process history and manufacturer operating limits. Training content should also align with the customer’s site procedures and applicable safety or quality requirements.
